Terms of Service — Tiny Tackle

These terms apply when you download or play the mobile game Tiny Tackle: Idle Fishing ("the Game") or visit romainstudios.com. By playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

2. Your licence to play

Romain Studios gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or exploits that interfere with how it works.

3. Ownership

The Game, including its art, characters, music, code and the Tiny Tackle and Romain Studios names and logos, belongs to Romain Studios or its licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of it.

4. Ads

The Game is free to play and shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by Google and its partners, and Romain Studios does not control the content of every ad. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. In-app purchases

The Game does not currently offer in-app purchases. They may be added in a future update. If they are, purchases will be processed by Google Play under its terms and refund policies, and these terms will be updated to describe them.

6. Game progress and changes

Your progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data or changing devices may erase it, and we can't restore it. We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any feature at any time.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Romain Studios makes no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Romain Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
